Mark your calendar for the 36th annual Martyn Farm Harvest Festival, which will take place at ABNC on November 12 and 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.  See ABNC's home page for more details.  In fact, when you click "Read More", there is a good video of the 2013 Festival.

Volunteers are needed both days!  Sign-up sheets for our activities are in the Volunteer Office, or email Liz.  For each two-hour shift you work, you will get a ticket for a drink at the food booth.  When you arrive, please check in at the Information Booth, which is next to the Birthing Shed.

If you arrive early on Saturday, there will be a pot luck breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Classroom 2.  Coffee will be provided by Starbucks.  Bring a dish to share!

If you arrive after 10 a.m., please park at UHCL and take the shuttle bus to ABNC.

This is one of our important events to show off to our visitors.  Not just for the revenue, but to educate them on what we have to offer.  Moreover, what life was like 120 years ago to the settlers who made this an important place on the Gulf Coast.
